Official Rules

Article 1 (Sponsor)

The Service and the Campaigns run within it are hosted and operated by the Company (Masentic Inc.).

Article 2 (No Apple Involvement)

Apple is not a sponsor of the Campaigns and is not involved in any way with the Campaigns.

Article 3 (Nature of the Service)

(1) MIRAIMA is a sweepstakes-style service for predicting outcomes such as sports and current events. It is not gambling.

(2) “Coins” are in-app points used to enter the Service’s sweepstakes (predictions). Coins are obtained free of charge, cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes, and have no monetary value (no cash-equivalent value). Coins may increase or decrease depending on prediction results, but the coins themselves have no monetary value.

(3) “Points” are awarded as prizes based on sweepstakes results and the like. Points may be exchanged through giftee under certain conditions.

Article 4 (How to Enter)

(1) Create a free account for the Service.

(2) Obtain coins free of charge through login bonuses, ad views (offerwall), and similar means.

(3) Choose a market to join and use coins on the option you want to predict.

Article 5 (Determination of Outcomes and Winners)

(1) Each market has criteria for judging the result, and the Company determines and announces the outcome based on official sources.

(2) Once the outcome is confirmed, coins are distributed to correct predictions. The rewards, prizes, and winner-selection method for each campaign follow the rules stated on that campaign’s page.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Selling)

(1) The Company may cancel a market, for example if a match is called off or the conditions for settlement are not met. In that case, for prediction positions you have not yet sold, you may sell them based on the market price at the time of cancellation and receive the amount, less the applicable fee, as coins. The amount you receive varies with market conditions and is not guaranteed to equal the coins you put in.

(2) For positions you have already sold and received coins for, no additional refund is made. The Company will not take back coins already received.

(3) Predictions and claims found to involve fraud or violations of the terms are subject to cancellation, invalidation, and forfeiture of coins and points.

Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)

(1) Creating or using multiple accounts by the same person.

(2) Participating via bots, automation tools, or other unauthorized programs.

(3) False declarations, impersonation, or other fraudulent means of participation.

(4) Any other conduct prohibited by the Terms of Service.

If any of the foregoing is confirmed, the Company may cancel winnings, forfeit coins and points, suspend the account, and take other necessary measures, including legal action.

Article 8 (Changes to These Official Rules)

These Official Rules may change without notice. The latest version is always posted on this page and takes effect upon posting.
